Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 4 years of product management experience, along with hands-on experience as a software engineer or data scientist, or a degree in computer science or engineering. Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will own the claims product and roadmap, including the patient-facing reimbursement experience, claim adjudication system, internal operational tools, and third-party integrations. They will be responsible for directly improving healthcare affordability and outcomes by delivering a compelling and seamless financial incentive, developing new features from ideation to launch, defining success metrics, and driving data-informed product decisions, as well as improving adjudication systems, providing patient visibility into claims, and building internal applications for the Concierge team.
