Requirements

9+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years managing PMs
Strong product strategy skills - ability to define vision, sequence bets, and zoom into detail
Track record of building and scaling product teams in high-growth or startup environments
Lead with context, not control - coach PMs to think independently and execute well
Excellent communicator with the ability to align stakeholders and drive clear decisions
Deep care about product quality and intuition for what great looks like

Responsibilities

Own product strategy and execution across one or more core product areas
Hire, coach, and grow a team of high-performing product managers
Drive product planning, decision-making, and communication across functions and leadership
Ensure fast learning and thoughtful shipping - balancing speed with rigour
Partner with go-to-market to support onboarding, growth, and customer feedback loops
Help define and evolve Omnea’s product development culture as we scale - including rituals, values, and operating principles
