Requirements
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience designing enterprise cloud-based solutions and a strong portfolio showcasing their work. Experience with Figma, end-to-end user experience processes (including user journeys, task analysis, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and evaluative research), and enterprise SaaS products is required. Outstanding collaboration and communication skills are essential. Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry and experience with design systems and platform design work are considered bonuses.
Responsibilities
The Product Designer III will collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver exceptional customer experiences, owning the user experience solution from conception through rollout. Responsibilities include understanding project goals to deliver high-quality design specs, executing on projects, scoping work, considering additional use cases, and producing creative solutions based on research. The role involves creating user flows, specs, and prototypes, using storytelling to present design work, organizing content with a focus on user goals, usability, and accessibility, promoting the use of the design system, providing input to team members through reviews and guidance, and developing a comprehensive understanding of CrowdStrike features and services to ensure consistency.
