Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience designing enterprise cloud-based solutions, demonstrating an ability to lead ideation activities within a defined scope and a talent for simplifying complex user tasks. They should have experience in end-to-end user experience processes, including user journeys, task analysis, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and evaluative research methods, along with strong skills in creating user personas and utilizing design artifacts to build alignment and communicate ideas. Furthermore, candidates are required to have experience using Figma and some experience with enterprise SaaS products, complemented by outstanding collaboration and communication skills, and an online portfolio.

Responsibilities

As a Product Designer III, the role involves understanding project goals to deliver design specifications, partnering with product management and engineering to execute projects, scoping project work while considering tradeoffs, exploring additional use cases, producing high-quality design solutions, creating user flows and prototypes, utilizing storytelling concepts, organizing content, promoting the use of the design system, providing input to team members, and developing knowledge of CrowdStrike features and services to ensure product consistency.
