Requirements

Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in interaction design, user interface design, and user experience research or a related field. They should possess experience leading UX Strategy, a strong command of visual design, interaction design, and information architecture, and working knowledge of UI and Web Patterns. Familiarity with design systems and user research, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills, are essential. Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio is required, and experience in the Online Learning industry, professional education, or Ecommerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

The UX Designer will create engaging and intuitive designs that help users achieve goals and instill confidence in the brand by crafting memorable experiences, optimizing flows, and reimagining pivotal user journey moments. Responsibilities include designing numerous product features, producing and directing web-based interactive prototypes of varying fidelity, and working closely with cross-functional teams to uncover customer needs, design solutions, and test ideas. The role involves developing concepts from ideation to execution, creating wireframes, prototypes, and final designs to test and improve existing features, and validating product designs with customers.
