Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience designing enterprise cloud-based solutions and proficiency in Figma. Experience with end-to-end user experience processes, including user journeys, task analysis, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and evaluative research methods is required. Strong collaboration and communication skills, along with an online portfolio, are essential. Some experience with enterprise SaaS products is also needed.

Responsibilities

The Product Designer III will collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver exceptional customer experiences. They will understand project goals to create high-quality design specifications, scope project work, and execute on projects. Responsibilities include producing creative solutions to complex problems, creating user flows, specifications, and prototypes, and using storytelling to present design work. The designer will also organize content, expand existing components with a focus on user goals and accessibility, promote the use of the design system, provide input to team members, and develop knowledge of CrowdStrike features and services.
