A proven track record of architecting and executing successful enablement programs that deliver measurable impact is essential. Familiarity with high-growth startups is a plus. Skills required include fluency in AI, advanced proficiency in prompt engineering, and familiarity with integrations, APIs, automation, and data. Strong project management, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary, along with the ability to create and deliver engaging enablement content and proficiency in sales enablement tools and platforms. Mastery of Slack is an added advantage.
The Product & Technical Enablement Program Manager will implement a best-in-class program to deliver measurable impact across all tiers of the Kirkpatrick Model and report KPIs to GTM Leadership. They will serve as the organization's expert on product strategy, ensuring Sales and Solutions teams are informed about emerging products. The role involves measuring AE demo acumen, providing data on product proficiency, and owning KPIs for new hire product acumen. They will develop a roadmap for product enablement on new releases and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effectiveness of enablement programs, while regularly reporting on program impact and recommending continuous improvements.
