They should be comfortable managing systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Catalyst, and enjoy iterating on process and tooling. Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally are essential, as is an ownership mindset and a bias toward action and iteration.
As a Program Manager, Digital Success, the individual will own the day-to-day operations of Catalyst, ensuring strong adoption and usage across the CS team. They will develop and maintain enablement assets, identify opportunities to streamline workflows through templates and automation, partner with CS teams to scope operational asks and measure impact, review and iterate on customer engagement strategies, and ensure customer signals are accurately mapped across CS tooling. Additionally, they will conduct QA for new features, create and deliver enablement for new internal launches, surface key changes impacting Post-Sales teams, and analyze key engagement data to inform program direction.
