We’re looking for a Program Manager to join our GTM Program Management team, focused on Digital Success within the Customer Success (CS) organization. You’ll be responsible for driving scaled engagement programs, enabling internal teams through improved workflows and tooling, and helping us build a more proactive and data-informed CS organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, working cross-functionally, and enabling others through systems, documentation, and automation. It’s a great opportunity to shape how we engage our customer base and scale our internal processes in Post-Sales as Vanta continues to grow.
