A proven track record of architecting and executing successful enablement programs that deliver measurable impact is necessary, along with fluency in AI and advanced proficiency in prompt engineering. Familiarity with integrations, APIs, automation, and data is essential, as well as exceptional project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, with experience in creating and delivering engaging enablement content and proficiency in using sales enablement tools and platforms.
The Product & Technical Enablement Program Manager will implement a best-in-class program that delivers measurable impact across all tiers of the Kirkpatrick Model and regularly report KPIs to GTM Leadership. They will serve as the organization's sage for product strategy, ensuring that Sales, Solutions, and Success are updated on emerging products. The individual will measure demo acumen, provide data on product proficiency, and own KPIs for new hire product acumen. They will develop and maintain a roadmap for product enablement on new releases and collaborate closely with sales leadership and product management to ensure alignment and effectiveness of enablement programs.
