Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Proficiency in using ERP/MRP systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and efficient prioritization skills
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the procurement function
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using NetSuite (ways to stand out)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point-of-contact with currently established approved suppliers
  • Create and manage purchase orders, track their status, and ensure on-time delivery of all materials to support the production schedule
  • Support in RFx event preparation, execution, and analysis
  • Coordinate with internal teams to forecast operational procurement needs and maintain inventory levels, ensuring sufficient stock without excessive holding costs
  • Support with data collection and maintaining data integrity from procurement activities
  • Support regular supplier assessments
  • Ensure all purchased materials comply with warehousing, manufacturing, and regulatory requirements
