Handle China R&D category sourcing (Medical, clinical, analytical, regulatory, etc.)
Manage China raw material projects (new ingredient sourcing, market intelligence, derisking, savings pipelines)
Serve as Greater China sustainable sourcing champion
Respond to complex and diverse business needs across cross-functional areas
Strengthen raw material market intelligence, insights, opportunity identification, and project management
Implement supply risk management (dual sourcing, localization), cost optimization, systematic savings pipelines, and performance monitoring
Collaborate with procurement category, site, and CMO teams for direct material projects management
Lead direct material sourcing projects focusing on risk mitigation, cost savings, and operational efficiency
Proactively leverage local sources for new opportunities and synergies across global, regional, and local supply bases
Enable strategic sourcing for innovation and growth through supplier selection, negotiation, and innovation integration
