A clean driving record is required, along with computer experience in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook. Experience in Title and Registration or MVD is a plus, as is general accounting experience or working with numbers. The role requires strong data entry and communication skills, attention to detail, organization, and the ability to lift 20lbs. Dependability, punctuality, and a supportive team attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

The Processing Specialist will assist walk-in clientele, examine vehicle titles and registrations for authenticity, and process titles and registrations. Responsibilities include researching, advising on, interpreting, and updating ADOT statutes, policies, and procedures. Daily tasks involve OCR scanning, verifying title reports, shipping license plates, validating VIN numbers, and performing general administrative duties. The role also requires answering general questions via telephone, email, or in person, maintaining records and filing systems, photocopying documents, and opening, sorting, and entering data for daily orders. Teamwork and assisting colleagues with their duties are also expected.
