Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience, with a minimum of 2 years in healthcare revenue cycle management, preferably in the HME/DME industry. Required knowledge includes Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance billing and documentation guidelines, along with broad knowledge of federal and state healthcare management requirements. Proficiency in Brightree, Microsoft Office, and database software is essential, as are strong ethics, customer service orientation, excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail, and a results-driven, self-starter attitude with a proven track record of exceeding metrics.

Responsibilities

The RCM Team Lead will supervise the day-to-day functions of the adjustments, write-offs, and refund team to achieve optimal client results and ensure compliance with payor requirements and RCM policies. Responsibilities include updating policies and procedures for improved compliance and financial results, providing leadership and motivation, ensuring adherence to objectives and operating procedures, training and monitoring team productivity to meet SLAs, acting as a change agent for projects, overseeing performance management and development of team members, implementing and ensuring adherence to operating policies and government regulations, managing cases and ensuring timely responses, and communicating updates to RCM management.
