Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sales, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred. They must have at least 5 years of sales experience in the animal health or pharmaceutical industry, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced experience utilizing CRMs to drive sales. Furthermore, candidates should be prepared to travel up to 90% of the time and reside within their assigned territory.
The Sales Representative III will meet sales objectives, including quota and key growth products, by generating demand within their assigned territory, successfully launching and defending new and legacy products, and building relationships with veterinary customers and distributor partners. They will also provide technical knowledge, answer customer questions, expand product awareness, develop and execute Territory Business Plans, manage field activity expectations, and leverage CRM tools while serving as a mentor to the sales team and completing other assigned tasks.
