Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales, with a preference for experience in the pharmaceutical or animal health industries. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to travel and work some evenings for educational programs.
The Corporate & Specialty Account Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize profitable revenue within assigned corporate and specialty customers, utilizing enhanced solution selling and territory management capabilities. This includes proactively managing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, proposing and implementing plans, monitoring the competitive landscape, and meeting growth objectives. The role also involves building strong collaborative relationships with team members, demonstrating success in key sales metrics, and leveraging portfolio and contractual pricing program offerings to drive business growth.
