Senior Sales Account Manager

Candidates should possess an undergraduate degree (BS/BA) and 3-10 years of documented and successful consultative sales experience, with a preference for experience in animal health and small animal veterinary medicine. They should also demonstrate a willingness to accept and incorporate feedback, as well as proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn Zoetis systems.
The Account Manager will meet overall sales objectives (quota) within their assigned geography, launch new products and service offerings, and generate new equipment leads, consistently demonstrating Solution Selling capabilities and building relationships with customers. They will develop and execute a Territory Business Plan, manage field activity expectations, and work with Zoetis colleagues to ensure compliance and teamwork. Additionally, the Account Manager will monitor and interpret changes in employment legislation across North America and develop HR policies to ensure compliance, conduct audits, deliver training, and advise management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies, as well as travel and work some evenings as required by the position.
