10+ years of UX Design experience
Experience on B2B products
Technical lead / People management background
Experience in any IT industry (Networking, Compute, Storage, IOT, etc.)
Engineering background (preferred)
Experience in the networking industry (preferred)
Experience in frontend development (beneficial)
Practical knowledge of UX theory and application
Up-to-date knowledge of Figma and other design software
Portfolio of design projects
Proficient communication in English language
Strong time management and prioritization

Responsibilities

Gather and evaluate UX requirements from Product Managers and Development Engineers
Collaborate with key stakeholders, collect requirements efficiently, and understand technical requirements
Depict design concepts using process flows, sitemaps, and wireframes
Translate collected requirements into well-formed UX structures and communicate them via form-factors to others
Iterate on designs quickly
Create high fidelity mocks of highly technical B2B products
Work effectively in tools like Figma to deliver designs to front-end development engineers
Take constructive feedback and adapt designs as needed
