The Principal Technical Solutions Lead plays a strategic and managerial role in driving the successful implementation, optimization, and governance of enterprise applications at Clario. This senior-level position serves as a trusted advisor and technical authority, aligning enterprise platforms with evolving business needs and digital transformation goals. In addition to technical leadership, this role includes direct people management responsibilities for a small team of Application Support Analysts, fostering team development, performance, and collaboration.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serve as the enterprise-wide technical authority for critical business solutions, including SharePoint, eSignature platforms, and future strategic tools
  • Lead end-to-end solution architecture, system design, and technical delivery for cross-functional, enterprise-level initiatives
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business goals into scalable, compliant technology roadmaps
  • Own the technical strategy for complex migrations, application integrations, and digital transformation efforts
  • Guide best practices in automation, service management, and platform optimization using tools like Power Automate, Logic Apps, and related cloud services
  • Collaborate with Information Security and Risk teams to ensure platform compliance, data integrity, and regulatory adherence
  • Define technical governance, roadmap alignment, and support strategies across multiple internal systems
  • Provide mentorship and cross-functional guidance to application teams, analysts, and implementation partners
  • Support change management and stakeholder adoption for new platforms or feature rollouts
  • Maintain system documentation, architecture blueprints, and solution playbooks to drive standardization and scalability

What We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, technical systems leadership, or large-scale application management
  • Proven success leading digital transformation or enterprise system consolidation programs
  • Expertise in platforms such as SharePoint, Adobe Sign, DocuSign, and other SaaS business solutions
  • Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks, compliance, and regulatory needs in enterprise IT
  • Practical experience with automation tools like Power Automate, Logic Apps, and cloud-native integrations
  • Ability to engage and influence senior business leaders, translating technical complexity into business outcomes
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks, enterprise support models, and platform lifecycle strategies
  • Based in or able to work from India (remote/hybrid)
