The Senior Technology Leadership Professional is responsible for all aspects of software or hardware product delivery and performance. This role involves moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The Senior Technology Leadership Professional works with design engineering and test teams to drive products from design completion to volume production release.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technology Solutions Professional to lead innovation and optimization efforts across our suite of SaaS applications, with a particular focus on Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Anaplan, and Coupa. In this pivotal role, you will guide release and upgrade planning, champion process improvements, and drive strategic change across both internal teams and external SaaS partners. Responsibilities

• Works with design engineering and test teams to drive products from design completion to volume production release.
• Performs various engineering tests to verify and validate product designs.
• Supports product evaluation and qualification on leading-edge technology components.
• Ensures that production schedules are followed and product(s) meet specifications and quality requirements.
• Interacts with product engineering, quality, manufacturing, and marketing teams to analyze and provide technical support to help resolve customers' product-related problems/issues.
• Begins to influence department’s strategy.
• Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction.
• Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
• Lead innovation and optimization efforts across our suite of SaaS applications, with a particular focus on Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Anaplan, and Coupa.
• Guide release and upgrade planning.
• Champion process improvements.
• Drive strategic change across both internal teams and external SaaS partners.

Requirements

• Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or 3 or more years of technical experience.
  • Experience with SaaS and Finance technologies in use in the application(s).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across varying levels of personnel.
  • Experience with unit testing and mocking.
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP Certified.
  • Six Sigma Certified.
  • MBA or another Advanced Degree.
  • Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Demonstrated ability running large-scale projects.
  • Experience with technology solutions assessments and/or strategy planning oversight.

Work-At-Home Requirements

• Must have the ability to provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office.
• Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.
• A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mbps download x 10mbps upload) is required.
• Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
• A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Travel

• While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Compensation

• Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
• Pay Range: $106,900 - $147,000 per year
• This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
