Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience in client services, technical pre-sales, technical account management, or project management, along with demonstrated industry experience. They should have experience handling objections and applying technical solutions to overcome them, as well as experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Analytics, and Engineering. Demonstrated business acumen and experience working with external client personnel, bringing technology solutions to solve business challenges, are also required. Familiarity with web technologies such as JavaScript, APIs, and JSON, as well as experience with Ecommerce systems like Magento or Demandware, is beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Senior Technical Account Lead will develop and manage technical relationships with low complexity enterprise-level retailers, delivering ad-hoc retailer projects for mid-market retailers. They will serve as a trusted technical advisor, facilitating the adoption of Flipp solutions and consulting on how to best leverage Flipp services. They will support the development of technical strategies, identify solutions to retailer problems and opportunities, manage and oversee the delivery of onboarding and strategic projects, and serve as the technical advocate for retailers within Flipp product teams, driving value-focused Retailer Product development.
