Requirements

Responsibilities

As a Sr. Technical Account Manager, the individual will partner with a Digital Account Manager to co-manage the success of 50+ Pooled Customer accounts, focusing on technical enablement, implementation, and scaled support strategies. They will own technical onboarding and implementation for new customers, serve as the primary technical point of contact for select accounts, proactively identify risks, upsell opportunities, and expansion potential, and contribute to customer-facing documentation and support workflows. Additionally, they will help design and refine engagement strategies, customer programs, and automation tactics to drive long-term retention and efficiency at scale.
