As a Principal Solutions Engineer at Cresta, you will partner with a Sales Director to showcase the power of Cresta to potential customers. You will provide technical insights and solutioning to stakeholders both internal and external by understanding customers’ technical requirements. You will conduct product demos, manage technical validation activities (including proof-of-concept exercises and pilots), and ultimately help develop the business case for the prospect during the sales cycle. You will also act as a liaison between sales, the customer, and Cresta’s technical teams.

Requirements

  • Technical expertise in contact center operations and customer experience.
  • Experience in conducting product demos and providing technical insights.
  • Ability to understand and translate customer requirements into Cresta technical requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with proof-of-concept exercises and pilots.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify new sales opportunities by understanding customer requirements and converting it to Cresta technical requirements.
  • Partner with the Sales Directors to discover and understand the prospect’s situation and the challenges that they are experiencing.
  • Lead discovery calls with prospective customers and internal cross-functional teams to build and deliver product demos. Solving problems for potential customers and demonstrating the value of Cresta’s product.
  • Provide your prospects with insights and learnings from your vast experience in helping customers improve their contact center and customer experience operations.
  • Drive adoption during proof of value by training individual managers and users on the Cresta solution.
  • Translate prospect use cases into brilliant technical solutions and demonstrate the path to ROI.
  • Deliver captivating product demos highlighting value propositions to get prospects excited about how Cresta will help them reach their goals.
  • Run ROI workshops to translate our solution into a financial business case.
