Requirements

  • Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Management or Human Resources Management
  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience with supervisory capacity
  • Internal certification for behavior and skills assessment
  • Good judgment, decision making and analytical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Familiar with basic technical requirements, codes, programs

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates Recruitment Operations by ensuring recruiters implement standardized end-to-end recruitment processes correctly and consistently to meet hiring needs
  • Recommends improvements that align with business requirements
  • Analyzes staffing requirements data and prepares presentations for weekly team meetings, MBR, and recruitment analysis purposes to ensure sourcing strategies support ramp fulfillment
  • Decides on effective sourcing strategies for the site (e.g., job fairs, online sourcing, employee referral program)
  • Partners with Line of Business (LOB) leaders to understand business requirements for demand management and candidate profiling
  • Coordinates with Procurement and external vendors to source 3rd party providers for recruitment process and sourcing
  • Maintains employment sourcing contacts such as industry, association membership, trade groups, and employees
  • Coordinates with US counterparts to address technical and assessment vendor provider concerns
  • Coordinates with Finance for accruals and monthly expenses
  • Manages vendors by aligning with recruitment process and candidate profile
  • Performs all other job-related duties as assigned
