About the Opportunity

Jerry.ai is seeking a Principal Recruiter with early-to-mid stage startup experience to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to a co-founder, you will partner closely with senior leaders to manage our most complex and critical searches across all business functions, including executive hiring. You will also mentor and coach junior team members as we continue to grow.

Jerry.ai is building the first super app to help people save time and money on their car, a significant asset and a $2T market in the U.S. We utilize technology and machine learning to optimize all aspects of car ownership, including buying, selling, insurance, financing, safety, maintenance, and repairs. Since launching in 2019, we have acquired over 5 million customers, raised $240 million in funding, achieved 60X revenue growth, and expanded our team to 225 employees across 7 countries.

    • Operations
  • Collaborate closely with hiring leaders in the U.S. and Canada to develop effective recruiting strategies aligned with our growth needs.
  • Mentor and support junior members of the recruiting team.
  • Continuously review, reflect on, and iterate our recruiting and interviewing practices to ensure efficient use of team time without compromising quality.

Ideal Profile

  • 12+ years of recruiting experience with a demonstrated progression in the complexity of searches managed.
  • Prior experience recruiting at a fast-growth startup, particularly in product management, product design, or business operations, is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in high-velocity, output-driven, and demanding environments.
  • Bachelor's or Graduate degree in an intellectually rigorous discipline.
