Serve Robotics is revolutionizing urban mobility with its personable sidewalk robot, designed to handle deliveries, improve accessibility, and support local businesses. We are seeking talented individuals to join our team and help grow robotic deliveries from a novelty into an efficient, ubiquitous service.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring teams to develop and implement effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies.
  • Manage candidate and hiring manager expectations by understanding return on investment.
  • Attract passive candidates and assess their fit and motivation beyond simply selling the role.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews, demonstrating an ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences and achieve high interview-to-offer ratios.
  • Recommend recruitment strategies that align with the company's long-term growth, implementing new processes and refining existing mechanisms.
  • Interview candidates against position specifications, screen, and prepare ideal candidate slates within consistent timelines.
  • Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives, including the assessment of best practices in interviewing.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on hiring both technical and non-technical roles.
  • 2+ years of business-facing responsibilities, working directly with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
  • Ability to manage candidate and business expectations.
  • 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally.
