Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience building products in B2B SaaS, including experience working on data & analytics products
  • Proven experience managing the entire product lifecycle
  • Enterprise customer facing experience including research, feedback sessions, and fielding escalations
  • Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical abilities - you are an expert on the analytic products you’ll be building
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Deeply understanding customer needs for reporting and analytics across the platform, and prioritizing them accordingly
  • Contributing to Outreach’s product leadership in sales execution & revenue intelligence, especially the role which reporting and analytics plays in maximizing customer outcomes
  • Leading product discovery and roadmap sessions with key prospects and customers
  • Setting the long-term vision for key product initiatives, defining problem statements, and specifying key customer requirements
  • Collaborating with engineering, design, business development and analytics teams to deliver value to the sales and operations teams who use Outreach to grow their business
  • Partnering with product marketing to develop enablement and positioning collateral to share the product team’s work with the world
  • Evaluating product success through product usage analysis and customer feedback
