Candidates should possess 5 or more years of product management experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or developer tools, with a proven track record of building and launching Slack apps featuring interactive workflows and UI. A strong understanding of incident response and DevOps workflows, demonstrated ability to lead high-impact product initiatives across multiple surfaces, excellent collaboration and communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university are also required. Experience with Microsoft Teams apps or integrations and familiarity with AI or AI Agent technologies are preferred qualifications.
The Principal Product Manager will lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for PagerDuty's core incidents experience, owning the Chat Experience across Slack, Microsoft Teams, and future collaboration surfaces. This role involves defining and shipping AI Agents to support incident response, driving adoption of proactive and automated workflows, and collaborating with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to create intuitive solutions. Success will be measured through adoption, customer satisfaction, and cross-platform experience quality.
