Requirements

Candidates must have 10+ years of product design experience with a proven track record of designing and shipping high-quality digital products end-to-end. Deep craft expertise in interaction and visual design, a strong portfolio demonstrating design systems thinking, user-centered design, and executional excellence are required. Experience operating at a Principal or Staff level, owning complex product spaces, and influencing cross-functional teams is essential. Strong strategic thinking abilities and exceptional communication and collaboration skills are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Principal Product Designer will lead the end-to-end design vision and execution across product experiences. This role involves partnering with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to shape strategy and identify roadmap opportunities. Responsibilities include delivering user-centered solutions, conducting research, championing user insights, advocating for accessibility, inclusivity, and usability, and establishing scalable design systems, processes, and guidelines. The designer will also influence company-wide decision-making and partner with Marketing/Brand teams to align product design with company identity.
