About Kindred

Kindred operates in the home swapping market, providing a platform for homeowners and renters to exchange their residences for a set period. This service is designed for travelers who want to save on accommodation costs while enjoying local experiences in new destinations. Users can join a members-only network by paying a subscription fee, which gives them access to a curated list of homes available for swapping. This model not only generates a steady revenue stream but also fosters trust and exclusivity among members. Kindred enhances the user experience by offering guides and resources for first-time hosts, ensuring a smooth home swapping process. Additionally, the company provides host protection and damage coverage, making both parties feel secure during the exchange. Kindred's goal is to create a cost-effective and community-driven alternative to traditional travel accommodations, appealing to remote workers, families, and travel enthusiasts.
