Responsibilities

  • Monitor global data protection developments worldwide, with primary focus on the Americas and strong emphasis on US federal and state-level privacy laws
  • Identify the impact of regulatory developments on the OneTrust DataGuidance Product, broader OneTrust Products, and Customers
  • Work closely with business unit leaders to operationalize regulatory privacy intelligence into tangible business value for Customers
  • Lead the iterative development and creation of new tools, resources, whitepapers, reports, know-how articles, and products to support clients
  • Draft, proofread, edit, and format regulatory updates and reports
  • Design and implement learning and development programs for team onboarding and progression
  • Respond to client queries and requests
  • Report on and share data regarding global developments across business functions
  • Collect market data from internal and external sources for leadership and product management
  • Develop and maintain market-oriented value propositions for target markets, industries, and products
  • Support positioning and messaging through understanding of the product, data privacy industry, audience, and competitors
  • Provide product feedback and speak publicly
  • Support the Regulatory Intelligence Team and wider privacy community with creative solutions to business needs
  • Connect regulatory intelligence across teams like Regulatory Intelligence, Privacy Center of Excellence, Research & Development, Sales, Marketing, and Professional Support
