Principal Key Account Manager - RollWorks

Position Overview

RollWorks, a division of NextRoll, is seeking a Principal Key Account Manager to join the Account Management Team. This role involves managing executive relationships and expansion strategies with RollWorks' largest enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will be proactive, innovative, and adept at strategic relationship management, comfortable working with executives. You will be part of an industry-defining team with a clear vision, collaborating with intelligent and passionate individuals. Responsibilities

  • Manage the commercial aspect of customer businesses, focusing on retaining and expanding a book of 10-15 enterprise accounts to drive revenue and customer success.
  • Collaborate effectively with Customer Success Managers to jointly support assigned customers.
  • Develop and cultivate cross-functional relationships across various customer departments (e.g., marketing, executives, marketing operations, sales, sales operations) to build value and interest.
  • Handle contract, negotiation, billing, legal, and financial inquiries internally and externally for customer accounts.
  • Work closely with new business and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless and standardized new customer experience.
  • Build internal relationships with Customer Success, Solution Consultants, Product, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Legal teams to advise on and improve processes for more effective customer support.

Requirements

  • Successful technology sales experience, with a strong preference for ad-tech, digital marketing, and/or B2B account-based marketing experience.
  • Proven track record of success in customer-facing account management roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve quarterly managed sales quotas, with proficiency in deal expansion and sales process management.
  • SaaS experience and understanding of MEDDPICC are considered significant advantages.
  • Experience thriving in a dynamic, evolving, high-energy sales culture.
  • Strong prospecting skills across multiple channels, including phone, LinkedIn, video, and email.
  • Ability and willingness to travel within the US to meet with accounts at least once per month.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: Minimum base salary of $109,055 to maximum base salary of $161,700.
  • Additional Compensation: Commission + Equity.
