Commercial Account Executive

Candidates should possess at least 3 years of quota-carrying experience, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas, and experience selling to SMB and/or Commercial accounts with complex sales cycles. They should have experience working with Sales Methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Sandler, and experience selling SaaS CRM solutions. Additionally, familiarity with HIPAA compliance and experience selling to the CX side of the house is preferred.
The Commercial Account Executive will be responsible for working with the sales leadership team to define and execute on quarterly/annual sales goals, consistently meeting sales quotas and driving the sales process forward, and driving acquisition of new clients through the full sales life cycle for Kustomer. They will also be responsible for delivering Kustomer’s value proposition and product demonstration, representing Kustomer as an industry thought leader, maintaining an understanding of the competitive market space, attending industry events, and coordinating closely with the customer experience team to ensure seamless onboarding for clients.
