Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
7+ years of experience in IT, with 3+ years in Siemens Opcenter MES and Connect MOM
Proven experience as a Technical Architect in MES environments
Strong developer skills in Opcenter and Connect MOM, including scripting and module customization
Proficiency in MSSQL, ITIL, and ServiceNow
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, global setting
Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-availability Opcenter MES and Connect MOM solutions
Develop and customize Opcenter and Connect MOM modules to meet business requirements
Lead global deployments and automation of MES systems across multiple sites
Provide expert-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis for MES and database issues
Act as Application DBA for MSSQL, ensuring optimal performance and stability
Deeply understand MES and Connect MOM database structures to support analytics and eDHR requests
Stay ahead of Opcenter MES, Connect MOM, and MSSQL advancements; lead upgrade strategies
Provide technical leadership and training to internal teams and stakeholders
Collaborate with vendors, IT, and business units to align systems with strategic goals
Own incident, problem, change, and configuration management processes
Ensure GxP compliance through rigorous documentation and validation
Participate in on-call support for critical manufacturing operations
