A BS in electrical engineering is required, with a Master’s degree in engineering preferred. Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with Cloud service providers and server OEM customers to design in complex SoC/silicon products for Server & Storage is needed.
Hands-on knowledge of high-speed and low-speed protocols like PCIe, Ethernet, CXL, DDR, NVME, I2C, SPI, UART is required. Strong working knowledge of PCIe LTSSM at a physical layer level, silicon/system bring-up and debug experience, and familiarity with lab equipment such as protocol analyzers, oscilloscopes, or BERTs are essential.
You must be able to travel frequently to customer sites.
Customer-oriented, goal-driven, self-motivated individuals who can work independently, with an entrepreneurial, open-minded behavior and can-do attitude, thinking and acting with the customer in mind.
Candidates with preferred experience in firmware development using C or Python scripting, development/support for PCIe/CXL/DDR in Data Center Systems, knowledge of simulation tools, schematic capture, PCB layout, and performance metrics like latency, bandwidth, and power stand out.
