Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience or Associate’s degree and 5+ years of experience working with Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Security or a related field
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills
  • Attention to detail, and effective decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent customer service skills, and ability to work with customers with various technical skill sets
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote connectivity to GEHC imaging systems using VPN, TLS connections, and other methods
  • Apply troubleshooting methodologies to perform system-level analysis, identify root causes, and take appropriate actions for connectivity issues
  • Continuously maintain knowledge of all GEHC technical components in the current marketplace, remote connectivity platforms, various VPN appliances, and firewall platforms, core use cases, and modality-specific configuration procedures, including software firewalls and connectivity agents
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers during the troubleshooting process
  • Properly document troubleshooting steps and communications in the connectivity database
  • Manage multiple simultaneous tasks/projects and prioritize to meet targets
  • Perform small to large-scale VPN maintenance, including migrations and consolidations, in partnership with internal and external customers
  • Support the Connectivity team on other connectivity and special projects
