Requirements

Candidates should possess 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years of experience building or architecting intelligent agent systems or LLM-integrated platforms. They require deep knowledge of autonomous agent frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI, as well as AI orchestration models. Strong experience in building systems that address access control, identity management, and policy enforcement within the context of AI agents is essential, along with proficiency in cloud-native platforms and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

The Principal Engineer will architect, design, and implement secure, scalable frameworks for autonomous AI agents, defining and leading the technical roadmap for agent lifecycle management. They will solve real-world challenges related to governance, auditing, policy enforcement, and zero-trust access control for intelligent agents, ensuring AI agents are secure by design. This role involves collaborating with AI researchers, platform engineers, and product managers to bring cutting-edge agentic capabilities to production environments and building foundational infrastructure to support multi-agent collaboration and extensibility. The engineer will also drive adoption of AI agents across the enterprise by enabling easy integration and safe execution, serving as a thought leader on best practices for agent safety, observability, and ethical deployment.
