Candidates must possess at least 12 years of software engineering experience, including backend development with Java/Spring or Node.js, REST, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Frontend experience with React, TypeScript, CSS, UI component libraries, accessibility, and micro-frontend architecture is required. Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), DevOps, observability, and CI/CD pipelines is essential. Prior experience with AI/ML systems, particularly autonomous or agentic behavior design, prompt engineering, reinforcement learning, or rule-based reasoning systems, is necessary.
