Requirements

Expertise in building software that incorporates AI/ML into developer workflows, including code generation, linting, test writing, and CI/CD is required. Strong coding skills in at least two languages such as Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, or C# are necessary. Experience designing and implementing systems that improve engineering velocity or product delivery is needed, along with clear, confident communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams. Responsibilities include designing and building AI-powered tools to enhance code writing, testing, deployment, and monitoring, collaborating to integrate intelligent agents and assistants, driving best practices for embedding Gen-AI into engineering workflows, and mentoring engineers while advocating for scalable AI tooling.
