Requirements

Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, or Technical Evangelism, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. A strong technical background in game development (mobile, PC, or web) including hands-on experience with integrations and APIs is required. Proven ability to lead distributed teams, deliver measurable engagement outcomes, and an established presence in regional and global game developer communities are essential. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, comfortable speaking to both technical and business audiences, along with experience producing high-quality technical content in multiple formats, are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Developer Experience Director will oversee all developer relations activities in their assigned region, manage and mentor Developer Evangelists, and lead the delivery of high-impact lighthouse integration cases. They will partner closely with Product Management to capture and act on developer feedback, serve as a senior advocate for game developers, and represent Xsolla at industry events. Responsibilities also include organizing and supporting developer meetups, hackathons, and events, guiding the creation of best-in-class developer documentation and educational materials, and collaborating with Developer Marketing to promote content and track impact.
