Requirements

Candidates should have 4+ years of backend-focused experience writing code in a professional setting, strong proficiency in building distributed systems in Go, and experience with or deep interest in LLMs, AI agents, and related technologies. They should be self-motivated with a creative and analytical mindset and thrive in fast-paced environments. Experience building on top of or integrating with LLM APIs and AI models, scaling a SaaS application, and a background in developer tooling, platform engineering, or IaC are beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Senior Software Engineer will research, design, and build AI-powered tools leveraging LLMs and AI agents to improve developer productivity, help define best practices for enterprise AI agent security, collaborate with Product and Design teams and partners, rapidly iterate from prototype to implementation, provide mentorship, and work with cutting-edge AI technologies to create seamless developer experiences.
