Candidates must have at least 5 years of configuration/development experience with complex integration technologies and demonstrated ability to influence and consult in varied customer environments. They should possess thought leadership in solving business process and technical problems, maintain at least two ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications, and hold a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification. Experience with architecting systems integrations and creating high-level architecture diagrams is also required.
The Principal Technical Consultant will act as a functional and technical expert, configuring ServiceNow Integrations based on best practices to accelerate customer business outcomes. They will design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party platforms, resolve errors, provide support, and develop procedures for complex system overlaps. Responsibilities include leveraging AI in work processes, devising integration development plans and architectures, implementing ServiceNow AI offerings, developing solutions based on user requirements, coordinating with other developers, ensuring best practices, acting as an SME for integration and AI issues, checking and correcting data conflicts, analyzing and improving instance configurations, and identifying, debugging, and advising on system errors or architecture issues.
