Experience with digital transformation and SaaS business models is highly desirable.
As a Principal Business Consultant, you will be responsible for leading business development efforts, identifying and generating new project opportunities, and developing compelling proposals to address customer needs. You will also be expected to build relationships with client personnel at various levels within the commercial organization, leverage your network to expand the business, and mentor and coach junior staff members within the consulting practice. Furthermore, you will contribute to the growth of the Japan Business Consulting organization by recruiting new talent and supporting the overall strategic direction of the practice.
