Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 10 years of related work experience, formal project management experience, and adeptness in program/initiative ownership, execution and delivery, business intelligence, collaboration and teamwork, problem solving and decision making skills, and a growth mindset. An MBA or master’s degree and healthcare industry experience with a strategy focus in pharmacy benefit management are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Lead Director, Strategic Planning & Execution will facilitate the development of regional and business unit strategic plans within the PBM Health Plan group, install best of class policies, procedures, and plans, and own and project manage designated initiatives. This role involves contributing to the development of complex strategies, driving research, formulating communication presentations, auditing processes, guiding junior colleagues, and addressing issues while providing analysis for planning initiatives.
