Requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of consulting experience with complex, global organizations, preferably in government sectors. They should possess demonstrated ability to influence and consult on Customer Service and/or Field Service Delivery/Shared Service operations, including the integration of AI into work processes, decision-making, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

The Principal Business Process Consultant will act as the functional and process expert, guiding customers in transitioning business requirements to configuration requirements for ServiceNow Customer and Industries products. This involves leading customer design workshops, defining and re-engineering processes, conducting gap analysis, and supporting customers in documenting business requirements. The role also includes guiding customers on leveraging ServiceNow capabilities, implementing AI offerings, supporting unit testing, driving user acceptance testing, preparing customer-facing deliverables, and collaborating with engagement managers to manage scope and resolve technical issues. Up to 50% travel may be required.
