Candidates must possess at least 10 years of management and commercial strategy consulting experience, with a strong background in the Health and Life Sciences industry, particularly in the Commercial and Medical areas. They should also have an extensive network of stakeholders within leadership positions at Top 20 Life Science companies. Legal authorization to work in the EU (for EU locations) and the UK (for UK based candidates) is required.
As a Principal Consultant, the individual will lead business development opportunities by identifying and generating new project opportunities, clarifying customer needs, developing compelling proposals, and winning new work. They will leverage their network to expand the business, build relationships, and serve as a primary contact for strategic questions. The role involves leading multiple project engagement teams, empowering them to manage all aspects of delivery, and supporting the creation of new campaigns and thought leadership. Furthermore, they will act as the business consulting lead on one of Veeva’s top enterprise accounts.
