As a Senior Advisor of Member Services, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong, consultative relationships with our members. Your expertise in aligning their business strategies with our cutting-edge platforms and insights ensures that our solutions drive real-world impact. By deeply understanding their priorities and segment of the healthcare industry, helping them communicate and execute key milestones, and offering guidance in platform utilization, you will contribute directly to their success and to our mission.

What Success Looks Like

In 3 Months:

  • Fully onboarded and trained on our platforms, solutions, and services and introduced to necessary technical tools and programming languages.
  • Integrated into an appropriate industry specific sub-team and achieved foundational knowledge around the operations and priorities of that segment of the healthcare industry.
  • Established strong working relationships with assigned member accounts and internal stakeholders.
  • Completed a thorough assessment of members’ business strategies, goals, and challenges.
  • Delivered an initial roadmap outlining key member priorities and how our solutions align with them.
  • Understand key team operations and expectations for providing quality pooled support across the member base.

In 6 Months:

  • Exhibiting thorough understanding of assigned industry segment.
  • Consistently driving progress on member priorities, ensuring clear communication and tracking of milestones.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for members to better utilize our platforms and insights to achieve their goals.
  • Delivering actionable recommendations based on member feedback and data usage trends.
  • Becoming a trusted advisor to members, providing strategic guidance tailored to their evolving needs.

In 12 Months:

  • Demonstrating measurable impact on member organizations, such as improved decision-making, enhanced outcomes, or cost savings.
  • Strengthening member satisfaction and engagement as reflected in specified metrics.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance member success and streamline service delivery.
  • Acting as a key contributor to product development by relaying member feedback and insights to internal teams.
