The Principal, BT Channel requires 12 years of experience with both channel sales, channel management, and direct selling in Enterprise, a demonstrated track record in growing and managing strategic partnerships, 3-5 years of SaaS based sales experience, proven ability to develop a plan and achieve results in a complex cross-functional environment, demonstrable proof of producing measurable results of influenced and sourced revenue through global strategic partners, ability to build and maintain positive working relationships while delivering results in a highly complex matrixed organization, executive presence to lead and manage, strong executive selling and business development skills, and the ability to understand different partner GTM and organisational models.
This role involves working closely with BT to increase revenue, enhance existing relationships, and elevate the partnership to the next level; developing and executing end-to-end partner business plans; collaborating with multiple internal organizations to achieve partner objectives; coordinating quarterly/annual business reviews; establishing and executing a formalised relationship mapping strategy; partnering with RingCentral and partner sales teams to ensure successful deal execution; developing executive relationships with service providers and sponsoring executive relationships between RingCentral and the service providers; and driving world class customer and partner success.
