We are seeking a Principal, BT Channel to focus on BT and collaborate with RingCentral's sales organization to drive customer acquisition and transform customer communication methods.

Requirements

  • 12 years of experience in channel sales, channel management, and direct selling in Enterprise.
  • Demonstrated track record in growing and managing strategic partnerships.
  • 3-5 years of SaaS-based sales experience.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute plans to achieve results in a complex, cross-functional environment.
  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrable proof of producing measurable results of influenced and sourced revenue through global strategic partners.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships while delivering results in a highly complex, matrixed organization.
  • Strong executive presence.
  • Strong executive selling and business development skills, with a proven ability to understand different partner Go-To-Market (GTM) and organizational models.
  • Ability to develop and drive execution of joint solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with BT to increase revenue, enhance existing relationships, and elevate performance.
  • Be integral to the success of our overall enterprise strategy through strategic partner relationships.
  • Achieve sales targets while driving world-class customer and partner success.
  • Build and manage RingCentral’s strategic partner relationship with BT.
  • Develop and execute end-to-end partner business plans.
  • Collaborate effectively with multiple internal organizations, including Sales, R&D, Marketing, Professional Services, and the partner support ecosystem, to achieve partner objectives.
  • Coordinate quarterly and/or annual business reviews to ensure successful joint execution.
  • Establish and execute a formalized relationship mapping strategy.
  • Partner with RingCentral and partner sales teams to ensure successful deal execution.
  • Develop executive relationships with service providers and sponsor executive relationships between RingCentral and the service providers.
