Experience working in a matrixed environment and supporting or leading payer-focused teams is required, as is a strong understanding of payer behavior, reimbursement trends, and post-claim RCM workflows. The ability to travel up to 25% is also necessary.
The Strategic Payer Partner Lead will oversee, mentor, and audit the Strategic Payor Partner team, serving as a resource for complex payer issues and advising on escalations. Responsibilities include conducting audits of root cause findings, overseeing payer performance trends to identify systemic gaps, and partnering with cross-functional teams on response plans.
