Candidates must possess over 5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer or in a similar technical consulting/support role. Strong expertise in Kubernetes and containerization technologies (Docker, cloud containers) is required, along with deep knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM). Experience with Active Directory, SSO (SAML 2.0), and SCIM provisioning is necessary, as is a strong background in networking (TCP/IP), virtualization (ESXi, Hyper-V), and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure). Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging directly with enterprise customers.
The Senior Systems Engineer will provide expert-level technical support and consulting for Keeper's Enterprise and MSP customers, designing and optimizing deployments of Keeper PAM, KCM, and KSM. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex product and integration issues involving Kubernetes, SSO/SCIM provisioning, Active Directory, and cloud services. The role requires engaging directly with customers via various communication channels, collaborating with internal teams to resolve defects and advocate for enhancements, and creating internal documentation and knowledge base content. Additionally, the position may involve mentoring junior engineers and guiding technical strategy for PAM systems engineering.
