Requirements
- Experienced in project leadership and managing execution of client workstreams or complex projects
- Strong knowledge of AI and automation tools including n8n, Claude, ChatGPT, OpenAI APIs, Google Cloud Console, Google Agent Development Kit, and Vertex AI
- Ability to translate project requirements into actionable plans, design and implement AI/automation solutions, and delegate tasks
- Proficiency in creating, reviewing, and refining client deliverables for clarity, accuracy, and relevance
- Skilled in client engagement, relationship building, and facilitating project planning sessions
- Experience guiding clients in adopting AI and automation technologies with practical, scalable recommendations aligned to business strategy
- Capability to provide coaching, mentorship to Analysts/Senior Analysts, especially on AI/ML concepts in consulting
- Availability for full-time on-site work (3 days a week)
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day execution of single or related client workstreams, ensuring alignment to timelines, scope, and quality standards
- Translate project requirements into actionable plans, design and implement AI and automation solutions using specified tools, and delegate tasks across teams
- Create, review, and refine client deliverables for clarity, accuracy, and relevance
- Flag and/or resolve delivery issues early, proposing options to Senior Principals or Directors
- Serve as key point of contact for client stakeholders within assigned workstreams
- Participate and facilitate client project planning sessions and strategic account discussions, providing relevant insights
- Develop strong client relationships through communication, reliability, and value-added recommendations
- Surface potential areas for project expansion and help define scope
- Guide clients in adopting AI and automation technologies
- Provide informal coaching and day-to-day support to Analysts and Senior Analysts
- Help establish best practices in project delivery and internal collaboration
- Contribute and lead internal team meetings, onboarding, and training efforts
- Mentor Analysts and Senior Analysts on applying AI/ML concepts in client solutions
- Support creation, refinement, and reuse of delivery templates, playbooks, and frameworks focused on AI-driven workflows, Google Cloud, and generative AI
- Participate in internal initiatives to drive efficiency or elevate client work, sharing domain expertise
